How long can hermit crabs hold there breath?

if its a land crab i might spend 5 to 8 min. in the water and if its a water crab it lives in water and they should not be fully under water they will drown the need to have a water pool *if to much water it will drown* just a little so it can get in and out and it clean itself so just a little pool
