How to remove paint from wall outlets?

First, disconnect power from the outlet via the breaker switch or fuse.

Latex paint might come off with soap and warm water. Gently scrapping the outer surfaces might also work taking care not to scratch the plastic.

Never use any metal object around the wall outlet when AC power is applied.
