One way would be to sign up for GrandCentral.com. You get a free local phone # when you do. You then assign other numbers that get called by anyone who calles that GC #. Ideally it is used to call multiple locatinos at once to contact someone. For example, I have my Home, work & cell numbers registered. So someone can call just 1 phone number and all 3 of those phones ring. The first one to answer connects to the caller. And it can be set up to call screen for you & record voicemail etc... but that is more than what this question covers... So yes, you could have your nomal cell

and a GC # that both "ring" on your cell phone.
