You can purchase a commercial cleaner with bleach in it like Tilex and follow the instructions on the bottle, or you can mix 1/2 cup of houshold bleach with 1 quart of water, put in a spray bottle and spray on the mildew, let sit for about 15 minutes and rinse well. Make sure the window is open and be careful NOT to get any on the rug if there is one in the bathroom.
