Can a doctor tell if you have lost your virginity just by looking in your vagina?

not just by looking at your vagina, no if he goes inside there is a little thing that a girl has called a hymen, and typicly when she has sex it breaks, it has just been known to become streched and such, and you can also break it if you use a tampon or even if you had a bad fall, so doctors will use it a sort of a guideline but wont go just off that, and if you are scared what the docter is going to say, he isn't allowed to say anything to anyody else
