Grams are a measure of mass, and cups are a measure of volume, so you can't convert from one to the other. This coverts grams to cups 150 x .035 = 5.25 oz 8oz to cup so 5.25/8 = 0.65625 cups I would like to add a little. So basically, 150g is equivalent to a little less than one cup. So you might as well use one cup if cooking.
