What are some good stores to buy clothes if your a pre-teen and live in the USA?

Depending where you specifically live will ultimately decide what stores are best for our preteen. Though for larger cities I would recommend Forever 21, Pac Sun, Old Navy, and H&M. Smaller towns may have a Gordmans or Target, which has popular preteen styles.
