How old do you have to be to play assassins creed 2?

Assassins Creed 2 is rated at 15 although it can be rated higher in other countries.

But the BBFC* rate it as 15. But Assassins Creedis rated as 16+ by the BBFC.

(but as long as someone over the rated age is paying for the product it doesn't matter!)
