Where is Vin on 1938 Ford Panel Delivery?

It is probably stamped on the frame rail on the drivers side just behind the radiator. Also on some older vehicles there is an information plate in the drivers foot well on the left vertical wall. Some also have it on the drivers side next to the seat on the kick panel that will be hidden with the door closed.
