Where can you find a lot of sunset sarsaparilla?

Just drink a lot of sunset sarsaparilla, there's a 10% chance you'll get a star cap. Also, kill the guy who informs you about the caps and a guy who has a necklace of these caps. They'll randomly speak to you once, so don't worry about that.
