What is the conflict in the host by Stephenie Meyer?

at first it might seem like the climax is after the seeker comes, but im pretty sure the climax is when wanda decides that she will have doc remove her from melanie's body. that's really the turning point in the story, and from there everything calms down, too. thanks for reading!! :) :) -Buffy the vamp. slayer
