How do you remove the lock cylinder on a 1995 Ford Aspire?

To remove the lock cylinder from a 1995 Ford Aspire, first, ensure the steering wheel is unlocked and the ignition key is in the "run" position. Use a small screwdriver to press the release pin located on the underside of the ignition switch housing.
