How do you easily get raqaza?

you need to go to sootopolise city after beating team aqua and then groudon will be vursing kyogre. after that you got to steven on the left side of sootopolise talk to him and he will take you to the cave of origin so go down i think and a girl named Wallace will be there talk to her and she will ask you were rayquaza lives awnser by saying sky tower you go to sky tower and you need to get pased a maze go to the top of the tower and rayquaza he will wake up and go to sootopolise city. then you need to go to sootopolise city then the fight will be over go to sky pillar again and go to the top of the tower and you have just battled rayquaza. :) :) :) :) :). p.s. he is met at lvl: 70.
