Why does your dog refuse to eat?

Some dogs are naturally picky and won't eat more than their fill if they don't think the food is tasty enough. If the dog keeps a healthy weight, don't worry about it.

If the dog usually finish his food, but suddenly stops there might be something wrong. Bad teeth and a sore mouth can make a dog stop eating. If it's only a day or two you don't need to worry, but if the dog is losing weight and energy you need to take it to a vet.
