Getting a little of this on your healthy, unbroken skin is not going to cause any problems, apart from the possible unpleasantness to self or others. The danger is fecal-oral contamination, or getting fecal matter into an open wound. Reasonable and appropriate cleanliness is good; fanatic cleanliness is bad.
