What is the toll-free number for Sears?

You have to call the store you work at. Doesn't make any sense considering the way the automated system works. If the store is closed you can't leave a message. Meaning if you work at 7am and your store doesn't open until 10am you're going to be in trouble because you could get hold of anyone within the two hours you're supposed to in order to let someone know or leave a message.
