There is no 'best'. Contact an agent, there are so many variables with rating. The best insurance for your home is the best coverage at the most reasonable price, call a few agents and get some quotes.

look for an ho-5 policy. simply call agents, ask if they offer a homewners policy that is an ho-5, and not an ho-3. ho-5 covers your contents better than a 3. also, get water back up, extended replacement cost, and equipment breakdown coverage. also go with a $1,000 deductible or higher since little claims will screw you in the end.
