Does Brom come back in the fourth book?

I had earlier said yes but I had read the rwst of the series since then. sorry I should of redone this like a year ago but i had forgotten about it untill I searched my name on google.......Spoilers

No he does not come back to life although I was hoping he would. It does seem like he will but he won't.
