Do seahorses sleep at night or morning?

A Seahorse sleeps at night. It tend to attach its tail to a rock or coral and then it will allow its body to remain in a almost horizontal position. I got very scared today, watching my seahorse sleeping under a rock. I tought for a moment he died, but he was just sleeping.
