How does a monster count to ten?

Oh, dude, a monster counts to ten just like you and me, except they use their claws instead of fingers. They go, "One, two, three," and so on, but instead of saying "ten," they just growl really loud. So, yeah, they count the same way, just with a bit more growling involved.
