Do dalmatians have the worst bite?

I had a dalmatian boy he was very friendly! My friend came round one day and she had food in her hand and my dalmatian thought she was giving it to him so he bit her hand (accidently) If you annoy them they will fight back but if you are friendly towards them they will be friendly back
