Keep it simple, eat stuff that doesn't require much chewing such as little debbies, fruit snacks, or something similar. Choosing what to drink really depends on what you like to drink. Something fruity is easy to drink or Kool-Aid. Everybody is different ya just gotta try different things and figure out whats best for you.
