When did Wyndham buy RCI?

Wyndham Worldwide acquired RCI (Resort Condominiums International) in 2010 as part of its purchase of the parent company, the hospitality and vacation ownership company, for approximately $1.3 billion. RCI is a leading vacation exchange company that allows members to exchange their timeshare weeks for stays at other resorts. This acquisition expanded Wyndham's portfolio in the vacation ownership and exchange market.
