well what happens is that, if you drink just water for a week you will lose weight but as soon as you start eating it will be put back on. you wont be losing fat, but just water extra water weight you're carrying around. if you are heavy you will lose more water weight. if you are going to do this i suggest you take vitamin c pills and caffeine pills. you can get those at any drug store. the vitamin c helps you lose weight in the stomach and caffeine boots your metabolism by 60%. And just a suggestion instead of fully stop eating, you should eat smaller portions like eat breakfast and skip lunch and eat early dinner but with all that drink up to at least 4 litres of this :
take water and add 2 a tablespoon of sugar free cranberry juice
- add 1 dandelion root tea bag ( if you can't find that use green tea)
and add one table spoon of lemon juice and drink that mixture for 7 days! it works really well i lost 9 pounds in the first week and that to by eating small portions! and if you take the vitamins you don't get lazy and tired! i hope this helped and you shouldn't starve yourself! you will gain 2x the weight back trust me been there done that and it sucks.
