Are cocker spaniels indoor dogs

== == == == The dog could possibly live outside, but living inside would be much better for it. Cocker Spaniels, like most dogs, need a good supply of water and food as well as a loving family. If you leave it outside, the dog will possibly freeze in the Winter or be very hot in the Summer.

I am sure they can but most small dogs can not stand too much heat or too much cold.
