How do you write a letter introducing a printing press with quality printing and concessional rate?

Unfortunately this always seems like it's too good to be true, mainly because most print presses mark up their prices so outrageously.

Take a leaf out of psprint or vista prints books and instead run a permenant "sale". That way people will simply think they're getting a great deal over normal prices rather than being sold subquality goods. Of course if you are selling subquality goods don't do this.
