How do you beat level 8 in worlds hardest game?

You have to go at the right time to the middle square and then collect the yellow dot. Then you must get into the giant green square then move down to collect that yellow dot and then you must go back to where you started and then you lightning fast go down collect that dot and then you go to the big green square.
