What do I do if I think my straight guy friend has a crush on me and I am openly gay?

You run like hell the other way. If he or she is really straight and you're thinking he or she has "a crush" on you then that's all it's ever going to be. Just enjoy the friendship, and save the other stuff for someone who isn't confused about their sexuality.
