How can you tell if a toddler has been exposed to secondhand marijuana smoke Besides the odor?

If you exposed your child to marijuana you should definatly go to jail! OK! I agree.

My questions is: What signs would one look for if a toddler has been exposed to secondhand marijuana smoke. Behavior wise etc.
