What are the chances of locating a good job with a masters and bachelors degree but three misdemeanors and a deferred felony?

I'm in a similar situation. I have a Masters degree but I have 2 felonies on my record for theft. It's been hard finding a job and also an apartment.

AnswerI have have g/f has a felony and she having hard time finding job liked wht be the best possible way she could start looking for job not having deal with felony charge.
