What is the average cost to make a car?

you need alot of things. its going to cost alot of money. if this is just your basic car no fancy stuff like heated seats or 4 wheel drive, AC, 6 disc CD changer or a big V8 engine........... etc. if it just a car that drives but is safe than i think it wont cost that much money.
