Im a female 36 years old and my heamoglobin count is 13.8 is this ok or too high?

Assuming your doctor arranged for your haemoglobin count to be assessed, there must have been a reason for this, and it's odd your doctor hasn't discussed the test results with you. Ring your doctor and ask about this. Nobody else is qualified to advise you on the subject.
