How do you remove a speed limiter on a 240sx?

I belive there is a sensor on the top of of the gas pedal. Up the arm there is a piece of plastic when the gas pedal is placed to the floor the sensor hits this plastic piece and must top out there ,But remove that plastic stopper i think there is a hole that the sensor will go through without touching. Try this it might help .
