Where is the fuel pump relay on a 2001 Honda Civic dx?

On a 2001 Honda Civic DX, the fuel pump relay is located in the under-hood fuse/relay box. This box is situated near the battery on the driver's side of the engine compartment. To access the relay, you may need to remove the cover of the fuse box and refer to the diagram on the inside of the cover for the exact location of the fuel pump relay.
