No. It depends very many factors such as the driver's age and driving experience, and road safety record, the type, power etc. of the vehicle, any modifications from original, the location of the owner's home and how the vehicle is parked when not in use there (street, house drive, garage, etc.). And of course on the business practices of the insurance company itself!
