What state is the 750 area code?

I recieved a call from 750-420-6003My phone said it was from Virginia? I have Verizon. I returned the call and it was answered by a very rude lady . She said who are you calling and i said im returning you call i missed two hours ago she said no one here called you . But you did it says so on my phone. So i screen shot it and sent it by text. Which it fail said land line no text service.

So the number does go some where but why does it keep calling me and hanging up
