To not do it. You need to get help if you are thinking or even considering suicide. DO NOT be alone, and go get help so you don't do somthing stupid. You need to be with people so they can help you. Eventually you need to go to the doctor and get some medicine or go to counseling so you don't feel suicidal. If you are alone, call a suicide hotline or a friend to help you out too. There is always something worth living for and suicide is NOT even an option!
