What action you would take if you were aware of people working in an unsafe way?

Don't recommend being a rat, but approach individual and offer suggestions on how to work smarter. If that doesn't work, u might have to make a comment at a safety meeting ( not using any names) and if that doesn't work, and it might affect your job then you have the right to refuse work. Remember, everyone has the right to go home to family and friends at the end of the day safe.
