What Internet company has the fastest Internet?

American Answer:

It has been disputed, and I have no bias at all, but Comcast is definitely the fastest of all when it comes to broadband.

Canadian Answer:

This is a tricky answer because Rogers and Bell own all the towers for internet Service Providing and nearly all of Canada uses Bell, one way or another. The company i have my internet with pays another company called Nicom which in return pays Bell for the service. So which has the fastest.. Its really hard to say since its all from the same source....
