How do you adjust entryway doors on a 2008 thomas built bus?

Due to the many types of door that are and have been available here we .....

Most doors are adjusted above the door inside the over door bulkhead where the pad is normally mounted.

Please Note that many of these doors are not adjustable and incorrect operation is from worn bushings and pins. The only way to fix this is by removing the arms and pins, repairing the ob-longed holes and replacing the pins.
