Do horseflies have stingers

Horseflies do not have stingers like bees or wasps. Instead, they have sharp mouthparts designed for cutting and slicing, which they use to make incisions in the skin of their hosts to feed on blood. While their bites can be painful and irritating, they do not inject venom like stinging insects do.
