How long does it take for a leopard gecko to digest food?

between 24 hours and 40 is what I see as the normal amount, it all depends on what feeders you use and what your temps are. I feed my gecko almost exclusively mealworms and he poops at about 36 hours like you said which definitely worried me for a while, but just like us humans I think some leos have naturally faster or slower metabolism
