What are the Ills of society that Rizal portray in his novel?

In his novel "Noli Me Tangere," José Rizal portrays theills of society in the Philippines during the Spanish colonization, such as the oppression of the native people by the colonial government, the corruption and abuse of power by the friars, and the social inequality and discrimination experienced by Filipinos.
