What does prepay CA mean on a receipt?

On the bottom of the receipt that says prepay CR #04 10.00 dollars $ mean is it paying gas or cash back or is it putting 10 dollars on a prepay card or buying a 10 dollar prepay card bec I really need to fine out if money was taken bec I was thinking if it was prepay card for gas it would say fuel prepay card please please help me here is pic look at the bottom u see
