What do you do for a dog that has watery or a film over their eye?

Take your dog in to be checked out by your Veterinarian. The longer you leave a foreign object in the eye, the more chances are that it will cause ulceration of the eye, which is very painful. Do not wait on this problem, go to your Vet immediately.
