Can someone with a revoked license due to DWIs get a car loan for someone with bad credit?

As a former car salesperson I can tell you that yes you can sign for someone. What you can't do is purchase the car yourself (unless you are paying cash). When financing a car the lenders require only ONE of the two people to be a licensed driver.
