Can he say I love you but don't show it?

No! That is not love. To say one thing and do another is definitely not love. Words are so easy. It's the actions that mean more than Words.

I have seen love so much more in actions than Words. Many people *show* they love someone before they even say it. Think about it. In a relationship, most people will do things for their partner long before they say 'I love you'.

The Words should only be the final acknowledgement. The actions should define that moment.
