How do you run a skid loader or bobcat?

Need make and model. The Bobcats tend to use foot controls... IMO, annoying as anything. I prefer the Caterpillar skids, personally... the joystick on the left moves the vehicle, while the joystick on the right works the boom and bucket, forks, or whatever other attachment you have on there.
