most people would say straight away yes!totally ! definately! but there are cercumstances that the weight is pure muscle, like in weight lifters. others were born heavy, its in ther bones and cant possible be lighter even if they wanted to.
Hi, according to BMI reports, you're healthy (24.4 BMI)! Age has nothing to do with being overweight, as long as you maintain that current weight of course. If you're still worried, though, try to rid your body of excess fat by doing intense cardiovascular workouts (i.e., jogging/biking) and dieting properly. Anaerobic exercise every now and then wouldn't hurt either.
