Meaning for the quote Dost thou love life Then do not squander time for that is the stuff life is made of?

[I think it meaning ' your zip is not done up' - it's Shakespeare right]*

I don't get the zip is not done up explanation, but it seems fairly self-explanatory to me. The way I see it is - life is short, don't waste time.
